My passion and talent has always been in drawing and creation which led me to get my BFA in Art with a focus in book design which brought me to my first jobs in desktop publishing which grew into digital media which gave me a happy career before the dotcom bubble burst which drove me into the classroom to do something meaningful which brought me to a year of teaching visual communication which introduced me to the non-profit world of teaching teachers and inspiring kids to do the things I love to do which introduced me to people who wanted me to be Creative Director for a children's series which led to illustrating my first book which caused me to realize that I am happiest when creating in a youth-oriented environment that inspires and educates which is why you are looking at my work.
